In this sesssion Anushka will be joined by some fellow Softcatters who will talk about the impact our organisations can have on schools and universities to encourage women to consider careers in our industry.
 
We will talk through:
- Our responsibility to our community to encourage careers in tech
- Building an action plan that is achievable in terms of selecting schools and universities you can make an impact in
- Don't bite more than you can chew - just do your bit!
- What do schools and universities want from organisations like yours.
