Last year The WIT Network and ATHENA International came together to create the Emerging Leaders Program, an opportunity for women to learn the Eight ATHENA Principles of Leadership, grow their relationships, and expand their skills. The first cohort of women launched in January 2020, and now seven more cohorts have had an opportunity to experience this program and applications are being accepted for future cohorts. We’ve brought together a panel of women to share their experiences with this empowering program. Join us to learn:

• What the program is like and what new participants can expect
• Favorite lessons and how they have applied in everyday life
• How the Emerging Leaders Alumni Community continues to be a part of professional development
