Silvia Ritzmann’s career is a powerful example of intentional reinvention.  Early on, she chose to stay in the U.S. rather than follow a traditional corporate path, accepting a step back to build her career in the market she believed in.  She went on to rise into senior leadership roles, managing large teams and significant P&L responsibility before making another bold move — leaving the corporate world to launch her own consultancy.

Today, she leads Evoque Strategy, works at the intersection of AI and business performance, and pursues a doctorate while also acting as a Fractional COO.

This session explores reinvention as a strategic choice — navigating career transitions, making calculated sacrifices, and building a meaningful career on your own terms in a rapidly evolving world shaped by AI.

Meet the Speaker:  Silvia Ritzmann is a global executive with 25+ years leading complex transformations across multinational organizations in retail, consumer goods, beauty, and consulting.  She has held P&L responsibility in the hundreds of millions, led teams of 165+ people, and served as SVP at Valtech, one of the world's leading digital transformation consultancies. She is also a doctoral researcher at a Paris School of Business, researching the influence of AI on consumer behavior.  Today, Silvia is the founder of Evoque Strategy, a consultancy at the intersection of AI automation and business performance, and serves as Fractional COO at a U.S. fintech company.  She has lived in 11 countries and speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish which means she has run global teams, navigated cultural complexity, and still managed to find the best coffee in every time zone.
