Location: Virtual
Event Description
We're excited to launch the first event in our 2026 WOMANagement series, graciously sponsored by Insight and aligned with The WIT Network's celebration of National Mentoring Month this January!
Mentorship isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s a personal journey that can take many forms. Whether through formal programs, informal conversations, or simply learning from those you admire, mentoring is a powerful tool for growth and leadership development.
Join Tamara Norris and Lauren Lewis as we explore how to define your own mentoring experience, uncover creative ways to find mentors, and use mentoring as a catalyst for clarity, curiosity, and courage in your career. There’s no wrong way, only YOUR way.
Lauren Lewis is a passionate advocate for teammate growth, known for strengths in coaching, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. She thrives on building meaningful connections, driving inclusive engagement, and supporting others in their development. With a strong foundation in learning and development, as well as project and program management, Lauren brings extensive experience in empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
She champions mentorship and professional growth by managing the D&I Mentoring Program and other career development resources at Insight.
Lauren resides in Tampa, Florida and when she is not working, she is either on the pitch watching her two kids play soccer, outdoors enjoying the sunshine, or on the courts playing pickleball.
