Meet the speakers:
Virginie Pontruche is a business leader in technology with 25 years experience, currently serving as Principal at Microsoft Toronto.

Wenhan Chen runs her own recruitment and career coaching agency WIR Talent, mostly focused in tech, and has been in the industry for over 10 years. She’s seen the confidence gap in men and women candidates firsthand and is passionate about empowering women and driving real change in the industry.
