This retreat is designed to reignite purpose, connection, and momentum for women ready to shift from a state of pause into powerful, intentional action. Through a mix of large-group sessions, intimate cohort circles, and guided reflection, attendees will leave with not only renewed inspiration but also a personalized, actionable plan they can put into practice immediately both in their careers and in their lives.

Guiding this experience are Kelly Nagel and AnnMarie Santamarina: trusted coaches and leaders who bring deep expertise in helping professionals across industries gain clarity, build confidence, and step fully into their potential.
