This event is open to all members of The WIT Network, including those with Community Memberships, and guests.

We will investigate how to build a culture that activates and empowers all voices, irrespective of background or personality type. This interactive and engaging session unpacks how and why we shy away from visibility and helps you to build a toolkit of methods for stepping into visibility in a way that feels authentic.

Participants leave ready to activate their voices and to support others to do the same.

You’ll learn:

• Some of the key challenges many of us face in speaking up, such as perfectionism and impostor syndrome, and how to overcome them;
• Techniques and mindsets that boost confidence and the ability to engage others with confidence;
• How to remain constructive and in-service, even when you feel challenged or marginalized;
• Simple initiatives that help to activate your visibility and leadership superpowers, right now. ​
