12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST
If you don't feel confident at work, it's not your fault. From a young age, women receive messages that make it hard to stay confident as they grow up. In this session, we will discuss how to acknowledge those limiting beliefs and take steps to combat them. By taking action, you can kick off a positive cycle in which your confidence grows over time.
This session is part of Leanin.org's The Women at Work Collection.
Attendees will walk always with tips on how to:
1. Recognize your abilities.
2. Take the initiative even when you feel scared.
3. Speak up when someone questions your skills.
