About Julie: With over 20 years in the technology industry, Julie Lafleur is a corporate burnout survivor turned wellness practitioner and is the lead for WIT Wellness programs at The WIT Network. She is a Certified Clinical EFT Tapping Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Reiki Practitioner, a student of Eden Energy Medicine, MindBody and HeartMath® techniques as well as a Certified Mental Health First Aider. Julie works individually with people to help them optimize their energy and with corporations to help high-achieving teams learn about tools and techniques to manage stress and gain inner peace.  Last but not least, Julie is also a proud mom of 2 busy sporty boys as well as 2 adorable fur boys!
