The WIT Network is proudly partnering with Insight for an enlightening discussion about the impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on an organization’s culture.  Whether you are a people manager, individual contributor, or part of the leadership team, everyone can lean into the culture at your company. ERGs are an opportunity for employee-led teams to gather to share best practices and shape the diversity, inclusion, and belonging within a company.
