The Art of Rest & Recovery Workshop - October 15
10/15/2026
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST

Location: Virtual

The Art of Rest & Recovery Workshop

Stress is an inevitable part of work and recovery is a skill that can be learned and practiced.

This interactive workshop introduces participants to the science of stress, the importance of nervous system recovery, and practical tools that support healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

Together, we'll explore how intentional pauses, mindful transitions, movement, and recovery practices can improve focus, resilience, creativity, and overall wellbeing. Participants will experience simple practices they can immediately incorporate into their workday and leave with practical tools to navigate stress with greater awareness and intention.

Participants will explore:

  • Understanding stress and the nervous system
  • Why recovery is essential for sustainable performance
  • Responding instead of reacting under pressure
  • Practical tools to regulate stress throughout the workday
  • Creating intentional moments of rest, focus, and recovery
  • Building healthier work and life rhythms

From Learning to Practice - Focus & Flow Fridays

The Art of Rest & Recovery workshop provides the foundation. Lasting change happens when those concepts are practiced consistently.

If you're looking to build healthier work habits, continue the experience through our Focus & Flow Fridays which are a guided mindful co-working experiences that help participants integrate the principles of stress recovery, intentional focus, and nervous system regulation into their everyday work.

You don't need to attend a workshop to participate in Focus & Flow Fridays. While the workshop offers valuable context and foundational tools, Focus & Flow Fridays (mindful co-working sessions) are designed to stand on their own, making them accessible to both new and returning participants.

Focus & Flow Fridays will be held every Friday from October 2 - November 6 and you can register for as many sessions as you'd like on our website.
