The WIT Network
Transform Skills Studio - Unscripted Confidence: Leading, Communicating & Showing Up Without Overthinking
6/24/2026
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST

Location: Virtual

Most high-achieving women don’t struggle with what to say - they struggle with saying it clearly, confidently, and in the moment that matters.

In fast-moving conversations, high-stakes meetings, or moments of visibility, overthinking can take over. The result? Second-guessing, rambling, or holding back entirely.

This interactive workshop uses improv-based techniques to help participants strengthen real-time communication skills - so they can think on their feet, trust their voice, and show up with clarity and presence, even when the script goes out the window.

Come ready to participate—this is a working session. Designed as a hands-on experience (not a lecture), participants will engage in simple, guided exercises that build confidence, sharpen messaging, and create a sense of ease in unscripted moments.

Because confidence isn’t something you memorize, it’s something you practice.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Communicate ideas more clearly and concisely without overthinking
  • Build confidence speaking in real-time conversations, meetings, and high-visibility moments
  • Strengthen leadership presence through grounded, authentic communication
  • Learn practical tools to navigate uncertainty, feedback, and dynamic conversations

This workshop creates a supportive, energizing space where women can step out of their heads, trust their instincts, and practice showing up as the leaders they already are.

Meet Jill Pavlov

Jill Pavlov is an executive presence and communication trainer who helps professionals think clearly, speak effectively, and respond well in unscripted moments at work. With a B.A. in Theatre and early career experience as an entertainment reporter interviewing A-list talent on major radio platforms, Jill learned how people show up when the pressure is real, and what separates memorized answers from authentic presence.

Before working with organizations, Jill trained and performed in improvisational comedy, studying at The Second City and currently performing with Just The Funny. That background shapes her approach today: practical, human-centered, and focused on helping people stay grounded, articulate, and adaptable when conversations don’t go as planned.

Jill has delivered interactive learning experiences for organizations including American Heart Association and LexisNexis, supporting leaders and teams in areas like real-time communication, psychological safety, and navigating high-stakes conversations without scripts. She is also a winner of the entrepreneurial reality show The Blox, where founders are challenged to think and communicate clearly under pressure.

Known for her high energy and endearing humor, Jill creates safe environments where learning sticks because people are engaged. Her work helps organizations strengthen the human skills that matter most right now: presence, judgment, adaptability, and clear communication when certainty isn’t guaranteed.
