Meet the Speaker:  Melissa Branley is Client Director at Women Rising, the globally recognized women's leadership organization founded by Megan Dalla-Camina.  After a remarkable 22+ year career at Dell Technologies (spanning Sales Management, Field Marketing, Account Executive roles, co-leading the Women in Action ERG, raising two children, earning her MBA), Mel completed the Women Rising Program herself in 2023.  She then made the bold pivot to empower thousands more women and male allies through evidence-based leadership development.  Mel will share her authentic story of her journey and Give to Gain approach: mentoring, amplifying voices, fostering inclusive teams and building networks that lift everyone higher.
