Leadership today requires more than competence. It requires courage.
In this interactive virtual book club, we will explore key ideas from Dare to Lead by Brené Brown and reflect on what courageous leadership looks like in our real lives and careers. Together, we will unpack how vulnerability builds trust, how clarity strengthens teams, and how brave leadership begins with self awareness.
This session is designed for women and allies across all career stages who want to lead with authenticity, confidence, and connection. You will leave with practical insights, reflection prompts, and renewed clarity on how to show up as a braver leader in your work and life.
Expect honest dialogue, shared insights, and actionable takeaways you can implement right away. Come curious, leave inspired.
