Eleni Panagopoulou is a Data and AI specialist, with an interdisciplinary background in Economics, International Business and Data Science. She has worked with research and technology teams across diverse industries, including cutting-edge video technology in Silicon Valley at Jabra (GN Store Nord) and Deloitte. Currently she leads initiatives in digital innovation and AI, with a focus on end-to-end AI implementations, conversational AI, and business processes transformation.

Eleni has also founded the AI Academy, a company-wide initiative at GN Store Nord where she drives innovation and collaboration by bringing key stakeholders together. She also creates and delivers AI educational programs, to make AI approachable to everyone through practical use cases. She has studied at Copenhagen Business School, The University of Sheffield, and Stanford University.

Passionate about exploring how AI can help people work smarter and reimagine how technology shapes our lives, Eleni is dedicated to making AI accessible and bridging the gap between technical and practical applications for professionals across industries. In her personal life, she enjoys travelling and embracing the process of trying new things that challenge her.
