WIT Wellness: Relax and Renew Yoga (Session 3)

Uniquely You Yoga want to provide to members of The WIT Network, a well-deserved hour for themselves + some extra love for their bodies and nervous system. Life is filled with some crazy stressors (especially now) and we all need some TLC!
Yoga Mondays are for going slow, breathing, stretching, relaxation and doing what feels best in your body!
You will receive different options and ways to support yourself in each pose.
This class is best for those who prefer a mindful/slower pace!
To foster community, you have the option to have your camera on and say hello in the beginning and end of class and offer any thoughts. If you prefer not to, that is ok too.
We start with a check in and centering practice and move to some breathwork, grounding postures (floor), some balance poses (some standing) and end with some restorative work and relaxation.
We practice tools to calm the nervous system as well as some spinal work you can bring into your week!
Leave class feeling calm and present.
