Most leaders would describe themselves as inclusive. And yet, if inclusive leadership were really that easy, everyone would experience it every day.
The truth is that inclusion is not something we achieve simply because we believe in it. It's something people experience through our everyday actions.
In this session, part of the Leadership Igniter series sponsored by Insight, Carolina Antony will explore the gap between intention and impact, and why being inclusive is often much harder than it sounds. Through personal stories, practical examples, and honest reflection, we'll look at the habits, biases, and human tendencies that can get in the way of inclusion, whether consciously or unconsciously.
We'll spend less time defining inclusive leadership as a concept and more time exploring the actions that bring it to life. Because good intentions don't create inclusion. Behaviors do.
