Event Description

You’ve earned the skills - now let’s turn them into influence. This will be a highly interactive, conversation-first session for women in tech (and allies) who want to grow their leadership presence - whether you’re early career, mid-career, returning to tech, or already leading.

Using the “practical path” mindset - expertise becomes leadership when it’s translated into outcomes, communicated clearly, and shared in ways that help others - we’ll explore what actually moves careers forward: credibility, visibility, sponsorship, and community-powered growth. You won’t just listen; you’ll participate through guided prompts, quick reflection exercises, and facilitated discussion.

You’ll leave with concrete, personal next steps: how to make your work visible without self-promotion (and without burning out), how to speak the language of outcomes, how to earn sponsorship, and how to build influence in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

You'll walk away with:

1) A simple personal framework for turning expertise into influence
2) A visibility strategy that feels authentic
3) A 30-day action plan: one credibility action + one visibility action + one sponsorship/community action
