Meet Christina Collins-Berry
Christina Collins-Berry is a people and operations leader with deep experience building and scaling teams, systems, and organizational strategy across education, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. She currently serves as Senior Transformation Manager at Curriculum Associates, where she leads complex cross-functional initiatives focused on organizational transformation, operational strategy, systems improvement, and change management across a large-scale education organization.
Prior to joining Curriculum Associates, Christina served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships, Professional Services & People Operations at Quill.org, an edtech nonprofit startup focused on literacy education. In that role, she led enterprise partnerships, customer experience, professional learning, people operations, and organizational systems strategy during a period of significant organizational growth and change.
Across her career, Christina has led work spanning leadership development, strategic planning, revenue operations, organizational design, coaching, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. Alongside her full-time work, she is also the founder of CCB Coaching & Consulting, where she works with leaders at all stages to navigate career growth, organizational complexity, and evolving leadership responsibilities.
