Event Description

Join us for an interactive one-hour mentoring circle designed for mid-career women in tech. Together, we'll explore why identity—not just skills or experience—is a critical driver of career growth, leadership, and lasting success. Through guided discussion, practical reflection, and shared insights, you'll discover how the way you see yourself influences your confidence, decision-making, visibility, and ability to pursue new opportunities. You'll leave with a fresh perspective on identity as a strategic asset and practical actions you can take to immediately strengthen your leadership identity and advance your career.

Participants will:

  • Assess how your current identity influences your confidence, leadership, and career decisions.
  • Identify one limiting belief or identity pattern that may be holding back your growth or visibility.
  • Create one specific action you will take this week to align your behaviors with your desired leadership identity.
  • Recognize how identity shapes trust, collaboration, communication, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Apply one practical approach to foster a team culture where individuals feel empowered to contribute, collaborate, and perform at their best.

Meet Mischa Martineau

Mischa Martineau is a visionary founder and transformational leader who has spent more than four decades reshaping businesses—from small enterprises to global contractors—by engineering innovative models that redefine industry standards. Known for her ability to see what’s possible before others do, she has consistently driven growth, built new markets, and elevated performance at scale.

Today, as Founder and CEO of I AM WHO I SAY I AM.Global, Inc., Mischa is on a mission to empower high-performing women in technology to step fully into their authority, visibility, and next-level impact. Her work bridges technology, business communications, and mental health-informed professional development to unlock identity-driven leadership inside companies.

Her journey is as powerful as her work. In just two and a half years, Mischa rose from homelessness to building a global platform and movement. Drawing on her lived experience—including long-term recovery from alcoholism, managing bipolar disorder and surviving domestic violence—she embodies the transformation she teaches.

Mischa’s work is rooted in one belief: when women own who they are, they change everything—within their careers, their companies, and the world.
