Event Description
Today, burnout is still prevalent, turnover is higher than ever, and economic constraints remain. How do we lead in this competitive, high-pressure environment when everyone is exhausted? We become facilitative leaders, employing coaching skills to engage, learn from, and bring out the best in those whom we lead.
You likely got promoted to your current role thanks to your organization skills and technical competence. Very few people leaders actually get training on how to lead others. So how do you engage your stakeholders in a way that brings out the best in them? Coaching skills are key and important to have in your daily leadership toolbox.
- How to improve your leadership style to better engage your stakeholders.
- A framework to support those you lead in their own development journeys.
- Conversation skills to help bring out the best in others.
