Event Description

The WIT Network is excited to kick-off our 2026 WOMANagement series sponsored by Insight.  WOMANanagement is our leadership and management enablement programming designed to build a strong pipeline of ready‑now women leaders through training, mentorship, and practical leadership development.

I’m Dalise Dawes, and I believe we’re still living in the gap between AI excitement and AI execution. Even in 2026—as the world’s technology giants roll out powerful enterprise AI offerings and agents for almost everything—most organizations are still wrestling with a more fundamental question: What is actually right for us? Before tools, before platforms, before agents, there has to be clarity, confidence, and capability.

In 2025, I designed and led an AI Enablement effort in Finance at Insight with a simple but intentional belief: if I could build the right system—one that meets teams where they are—we could succeed within it. This wasn’t about chasing hype or centralizing brilliance; it was about empowerment. Creating the structure that allowed people to learn, contribute, and scale responsibly, while proving real value fast.

That system delivered results. In just 90 days, it produced 10 production-ready solutions, while simultaneously building the confidence, guardrails, and momentum needed to sustain that pace responsibly within Finance. The same enablement principles were later applied by the Inspire11 arm of Insight to scale adoption and deliver AI value at one of the world’s most renowned law firms—further validating that the model works beyond a single team or function.

And today, I’ll take you on the journey of how that 90 day pilot evolved into a permanent capability - one that Energizes. Enables. Evolves.
