October 30th
Focus & Flow Friday.
Focus & Flow Fridays are structured co-working experiences that combine intentional productivity with wellbeing practices to help individuals build healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
Each session begins with a brief guided meditation, breathwork, or grounding practice to help participants transition into focused work. Dedicated work blocks are supported by stretch breaks, mindful movement, and nervous system recovery practices that help reduce stress, improve concentration, and create healthier work rhythms.
Rather than adding another meeting to the calendar, these sessions create dedicated space for meaningful work while modeling practical ways to care for both performance and wellbeing.
- Sessions are held each Friday from October 2 - November 6.
- Participation in each session is not required. While attending all sessions helps maximize learning, practice, and sustainable habit building, sessions are designed for both new and returning participants.
