Event Description
We will explore what it takes to create workplaces where people feelsafe to speak up, challenge ideas, ask difficult questions, and navigate disagreement constructively.
Through an opening talk by Dharshi Harindra and a candid panel conversation with leaders from Ubisoft Singapore, we’ll explore how bias, assumptions, and everyday leadership behaviors shape whose voices get heard and how teams can create more inclusive environments for difficult yet meaningful conversations.
Participants will gain practical perspectives on how to approach difficult workplace conversations, create space for diverse viewpoints, and build trust while balancing psychological safety with accountability and performance.
