Event Description
Mentorship in Motion is a small, guided, mentoring circle designed to create space for connection, shared learning, and real conversation among women in IT.  In a field where career decisions, transitions, and growth can feel isolating, this gathering offers practical insight through shared experience with peers navigating similar challenges. This informal, peer-to-peer experience uses guided prompts to support reflection, storytelling, and real-world learning without pressure or hierarchy.  Participants will leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and at least one actionable insight to support their next career step.
