For two decades, she ran a thriving IT services firm in New York City before shifting her focus in 2018 to empowering women in business. Since becoming a certified leadership coach in 2019, AnnMarie has helped individuals and organizations cultivate intentional growth and stronger connections. A published author, speaker, and facilitator, she’s known for inspiring self-leadership and resilience. Deeply committed to community and collaboration, AnnMarie actively supports initiatives that promote inclusivity and shared success.
Meet Kelly Nagel
Kelly knows what it feels like to be the “only” woman in the room. Throughout her career in technology leadership, she often walked into boardrooms, strategy sessions, and executive tables where no one else looked like her. Those experiences shaped her. They taught her resilience and strength, and they also fueled her passion for ensuring other women don’t have to walk that path alone. With more than 30 years of experience, Kelly has seen that extraordinary results happen when people feel empowered. As President of Jabra North America, she led transformative growth by aligning vision with execution and building highperforming, resilient teams. What she valued most, however, was not the revenue milestones but watching people realize what they were truly capable of. Today, through her coaching practice, Explore Beyond Coaching, Kelly partners with leaders and early- to mid-career women to help them find their voice, unlock potential, and navigate change with clarity and confidence. She believes that investing in yourself is one of the most important choices you can make. When you choose to grow, you create ripple effects that transform your career, your relationships, and your community.
