Through interactive exercises and practical tools, attendees will learn to strengthen their confidence, sharpen their communication, and build credibility while staying authentic to who they are. They will also define how they want to be perceived as leaders and identify immediate actions to bring that perception to life. Participants will leave with a personalized action plan to project authority, earn influence, and advance their careers in technology.
