You won’t want to miss an exciting webinar workshop that we have coming up in May for you. Are you truly an ally to inclusion? will be a session to help you to consider the importance of allyship in the workplace, what it means as a woman and whether you are truly an ally. This session falls during Mental Health awareness week as allyship plays a crucial role in supporting mental health in the workplace by fostering an environment of inclusivity, psychological safety and empowerment.
Through attending the workshop, you will gain the following insights:
- A better understanding of what inclusion really means and why it is currently being globally debated
- Why allyship is critical to mental health in the workplace
- Practical examples of how biases show up, what intersectionality really means and how you can be a better ally
- An understanding of why woman don’t always help one another ‘up’ and how we can begin to do this in a more proactive way
- A set of takeaways for leaders and team members to support them in being better allies to one another and to all employees in diverse teams
