This event is open to all members of The WIT Network, including those with Community Memberships, as well as guests.Organizations we work for have a vision--the aspirational or desired future state--but what about you? What do you see for yourself? What is the desired future state of your life? What do you want this year, in the next 5 years, in 10 years?
In this motivational and interactive session, we will work to declare your personal vision and learn ways to make it a reality by defining your values and goals. The first steps? Defining your vision, ensuring it's in line with your values and setting goals to achieve it. We can't wish our vision into existence--we have to know what we want, believe we can have it and show up and get it!

Refreshments and light bites will be provided.
