This event is open to all members of The WIT Network, including those with Community Memberships, and guests.Women often experience multiple barriers that may hinder their growth to leadership roles, such as balancing personal and professional responsibilities, overcoming societal stereotypes and navigating a path to success. Join this session to hear a panel of women leaders in the industry discuss a few but impactful ways to address these challenges, providing insights and support that would help elevate and encourage more women to advance their careers in tech. By understanding and making conscious yet consistent efforts to overcoming these obstacles, we can move forward closing gaps to ascend to highest levels of tech leadership.
