Women often experience multiple barriers that may hinder their growth to Leadership roles, such as balancing personal and professional responsibilities, overcoming societal stereotypes and navigating a path to success. This session will help discuss a few but impactful ways to address these challenges, providing insights and support that would help elevate and encourage more women to advance their careers in tech.
