ABOUT MAGGIE:  Maggie Driscoll joined Blackbaud as Chief People & Culture Officer in January 2020 and is responsible for all human capital including inclusion and  Corporate Social Responsibility. She leverages extensive experience in human resources to foster a culture that enables Blackbaud to be the essential software provider for the people and organizations who change the world.
 
Maggie brings deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, inclusion and people development. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Maggie brings 30 years of experience, most recently at the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), where she led global human resources, with responsibilities including HR strategic direction and change management. She also served as the director of human resources at CCBN, a leader in web-based solutions and led HR for C‑bridge/eXcelon, a technology and business consultant company.


Maggie is a passionate supporter of cancer research and currently serves on the event committee of CenterStage, the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center’s annual fundraising gala. She previously served on the Cancer Center’s “the one hundred” committee, which honored individuals and groups who were making a difference in the fight against cancer.
