Dedicated work blocks are supported by stretch breaks, mindful movement, and nervous system recovery practices that help reduce stress, improve concentration, and create healthier work rhythms.\n\nRather than adding another meeting to the calendar, these sessions create dedicated space for meaningful work while modeling practical ways to care for both performance and wellbeing.\nSession Flow (75 minutes):\n\n\n	Sessions are held each Friday from October 2 - November 6.\n	Participation in each session is not required.
