Nicole brings over a decade of human resources leadership experience from the hospitality industry, where she held senior HR positions with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), Marriott’s Autograph Collection, and Noetic Group, building expertise in high-performance cultures and talent development. S he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Commerce from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
